On 11 November 2019 the NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence (NATO C2COE) was delighted to welcome Dr. David Alberts and four representatives of the US based company, Key Management Solutions (KMS), for an extensive briefing of ongoing projects at the NATO C2COE in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Both Dr. Alberts and KMS brought in unique expertise as Dr. Alberts is one of the leading experts on Command and Control and KMS is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Non-Traditional Defense Contractor (NTDC) with a mission to advance disruptive technologies and capabilities.

After an Office Call with the Director, Colonel Robert Meeuwsen (NLD A), our guests were presented with the main projects of the NATO C2COE, which primarily focused on an elaboration of the Multi-Domain Operations C2 Demonstrator (MDO C2 Demonstrator) project, which was presented by Lieutenant Adrian Granillo (USA N). Subsequently, Lt Col Herbert de Groot (NLD AF) presented a new study concerning the definition of Multi-Domain Operations.

After the presentations, Dr. Alberts was invited and agreed to be a key speaker at the annual NATO C2COE Seminar. The next edition of our Seminar will take place in Bratislava (Slovakia) 23 -25 June 2020.
