On Monday 30th January 2023, NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence (NATO C2COE) had the privilege of hosting General Chris Badia, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (D-SACT) in its office in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The NATO C2COE team took the opportunity to introduce themselves and their work to General Badia and to showcase their contributions to the NATO Command and Control community.
As General Badia emphasized, “In the future, C2 will pose both challenges and opportunities in Multi-Domain Operations. To meet these challenges, change is necessary. Given that culture drives change, it is time to start now and break away from rigid, stovepiped structures!”.
The NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence was hounored to host General Badia and to further their commitment to providing expertise and guidance on command and control related issues.
