Last week (Week 45), Allied Command Transformation (ACT) hosted the NATO Individual Training and Education Conference (NITEC) and the NATO ITEP Planning Board (IPB) at the NATO School Oberammergau premises in the Bavarian Alps.
These two successive conferences had overlapping content but catered to different target audiences. The entire venue provided an excellent setting for the NATO C2COE as the Department Head (DH) for the OPOAAA discipline to connect with international colleagues within the Education and Training (E&T) landscape, align workflows, and stay informed about current and upcoming changes and procedures.
This event was a crucial part of the overall Global Programming, providing Requirements Authorities, Education and Training Facilities, and the Centre as DH with information and milestones to create favorable conditions for E&T solutions for NATO staff officers.
