From 15 to 26 of January, the NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence (NATO C2COE) participated in the Comprehensive Operational Planning Course (COPC) organized by the National Defense University “Carol I” in Sibiu, Romania. As a Command and Control subject matter expert, Maj Ralph Dekker shared his insights on C2 developments within NATO with the students in this international setting, stimulated discussion and encouraged students to adopt Multi-Domain perspectives in their thinking.
The main objective of this COPC was to train the attendees extensively and develop their abilities to apply the operational planning techniques and procedures effectively.
