Last week, the members of the NATO Research Task Group-342 (RTG) on C2 Capability Governance, convened in Utrecht for their first hybrid workshop. Participants from SWE, AUS, GBR, CAN and the NATO C2COE joined the meeting from 28-30 June. Four members of the RTG were physically at the NATO C2COE premises. Daily online meetings effectively overcame the challenge of different time zones due to the dispersed locations of the RTG members. An interview protocol for subsequent use in this study was trialed and matured during this meeting. Based on the dynamic interactions between the members on the C2 topic, and the tangible outputs consisting of the protocol and a first interview, the RTG-342 workshop is considered a big success.
