This Functional Planning Guide is a product of the Joint Air Power Competence Centre and the Command & Control Centre of Excellence in coordination with Air Command (AIRCOM) Ramstein. The aim is to assist NCS/NFS JFAC organizations in their planning efforts whilst conducting an AOPG.
