During TIDE Sprint 2022 Spring edition in Sopot, Poland, our Centre member, LCOL (NLD N MC) Frank Gubbels, was requested to be a panellist in a plenary session on the multi-domain operations (MDO) topic on 6 April. The following is a slightly edited version of his introduction into the topic and prepared statements for the panel-discussion with the attendees.
As a marine-officer, Frank had a wide range of positions, mostly in the field of logistics but his tours also included stints as an infantry and heavy weapons company commander.
