NATO C2COE 2025 Q4 Update

This is the 2025 Q4 (October 1 – December 1) from the NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence, highlighting some of the Centre’s activities and developments. Over the final quarter of 2025, the NATO C2COE advanced key initiatives including the Steering Board’s approval of the 2026 Programme of Work, contributions to the 30th ICCRTS on Human-Machine Teaming, continued collaboration with academia, and the successful Annual C2 Conference in Rotterdam, while also strengthening cooperation with new Allies such as Finland.
