This week, the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE), in collaboration with the HQ SACT COE Programme Development Branch, co-organized the NATO-accredited Centres of Excellence Legal Advisors and Financial Controllers Workshop. The workshop focused on exchanging best practices developed by the COEs regarding legal and financial aspects of their functioning, as well as on developing practical solutions to common challenges. Mr. Bernd van de Wetering (NLD CIV) represented the NATO C2COE.
This annual meeting serves as a forum for current and future COE financial controllers (FINCONs), fostering an active Community of Interest. The exchange of best practices and sharing of lessons learned related to the financial administration and operation of COEs were among the key outcomes of the event.
