The NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence (C2 CCE), in close coordination with Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT), will hold the 2023 NATO-accredited COEs Directors’ Conference in Amsterdam (NLD), trom 24 to 27 September 2023. The event will be hosted at the Marine Etablissement Amsterdam, Kattenburgerstraat 7, Postbus 1043, Amsterdam and commence with an icebreaker during the evening of Sunday 24 September.
The Conference provides the primary venue to foster interaction between all NATO accredited COE Directors and NATO Commands, bodies and organizations. Specitically, it aims to inform attendees of recent Alliance developments, discuss mutual support and cooperation, provide a forum for an exchange of views, and facilitate COE’s Directors’ networking in order to increase the overall effectiveness of the NATC-accreditted COEs.

Our Dutch payment platform has very strict requirements for online payments, such as a 3D secure code. We are aware of the fact that some overseas credit card holders do not have this code. This could be the reason why you are not able to finish the payment.
Our advise to you is to do the payment by using PayPal instead of using your creditcard. It helps if you already have a PayPal account, but it is also possible to do a one-time payment using PayPal without an account.
